Initial Consultation
Meet with the client, walk the space, talk about ideas, can but doesn’t always include: selecting paint colors, talking about furniture and lighting…basically anything and everything that you want help with. Then we discuss the scope of work and create an action plan.
Planning
Many times my clients need additional help after the initial consultation. This usually includes help with purchasing, space planning, staging, etc. At this point I create a contract based on what was discussed in the initial consultation, if there is any unused time from the initial consultation it is then absorbed into the contractual fee and subtracted from the monthly invoice.
Installation
This is when it all comes together. I will come and "install" all of our ideas. This is the most gratifying part of my job. It is so fun to see it all come together and for my clients to fall in love with their new space.
